Privacy policy

Last updated September 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Jackson Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Jackson Entertainment Management (“JEM,” “we,” “us”), collects through this website and by email, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to send, such as a résumé, headshots, reels or links to your work.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical details for each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time.

The site has no sign-up forms or accounts. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and consider representation, casting and business inquiries.
  • To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don’t use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don’t sell it.

When we share it

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • With service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and email. They may use it only to provide those services.
  • Within JEM, with the team members who need it to respond to you.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of JEM, our clients or others.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of JEM’s business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t set cookies. Because we don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, we don’t respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. There is nothing for them to switch off.

Other websites

The site links to JEM’s profiles on Instagram, Facebook, IMDb and X, among other sites. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and their attachments for as long as we need them to respond, evaluate an opportunity or maintain business records, and then delete them. Vercel keeps request logs for a limited period under its own retention policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@jacksonentertainment.net with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to requests as those laws require, and we won’t treat you differently for making one.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you are a parent or guardian seeking representation for a minor, please contact us yourself. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t email sensitive information such as government ID or financial details unless we ask for it through a secure channel.

International visitors

JEM is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
